Bowmore (aged 33 years)

A limited release of 247 numbered bottles.

Soft peat reek, seaweed & creamy fudge on the nose, along with pickled ginger, dill & leather notes. Beautifully elegant on the palate with the peat more pronounced, slowly evolving into a wonderfully long, focused and elegant finish.

70cl, 47.7%ABV

Bruichladdich (aged 31 years)

A limited release of 173 numbered bottles.

A wonderfully dense nose with baked apple, yellow plum jam, lime zest, salt roasted almonds and Atlantic sea breeze. Thick & creamy on the palate with melon fruit salad, lemon zest, nutmeg & ginger. Hints of both milk & dark chocolate on the finish along with a BBQ note.

Bunnahabhain (aged 32 years)

A limited release of 230 numbered bottles.

Sea-spray, oaken boat decks and concentrated apple puree with cinnamon on the nose. Malty on the palate along with ripe orchard fruits, leather & polished oak, giving way to a zesty, gristy finish combined with hints of nutmeg & ginger.

Caol Ila (aged 32 years)

A limited release of 223 numbered bottles.

An elemental nose of peat smoke, malt & oak, developing into a glowing peat fire, pastry dough, clove and green olives. Juicy on the palate with oily peat, marmalade, almonds & sweet leather notes. A long, lingering, satisfying finish with lots of restrained peat smoke.

Laphroaig (aged 31 years)

A limited release of 204 numbered bottles.

The freshly tarred gun deck of an old warship on the nose. Peat reek, peat oils, orange sweetness, clove & gristy malt. On the palate we have freshly baked apples all wrapped up in oily peat reek. Concentrated & tarry on the finish - beautifully and typically Laphroaig.

Jura (aged 29 years)

A limited release of 175 numbered bottles.

Almonds, lemon & orange zest on the nose. Briny with a touch of garden mint & melon, along with a lovely freshness. Earthy & robust on the palate with fruity notes, dark chocolate & crispy bacon. Subtly spicy on the finish with some green apple notes.
