Invergordon (aged 31 years)

The Sovereign ~ single grain Scotch whisky distilled at Invergordon Distillery and aged 31 years.

Bottled in 2019 at cask strength from a refill hogshead, one of 399 bottles.

This golden whisky has a nose of apples, blackcurrants and red berries. The palate is sweet with notes of toffee, pomegranate, and mango. The finish is long with some lingering spice.
