Old Malt Cask ~ distilled at Caol Ila Distillery in the Islay region, and aged 11 years.

Bottled in 2021 from a porto barrel, one of 274 bottles.

Nose : Strawberries, honey, beach BBQ and sweet Islay peat

Palate : Warming with wood/peat smoke, leather, vanilla and red fruits

Finish : Sweet, enduring, and unmistakeably Islay
